AED Sales, Service & Program Management in West Michigan
AED Readiness
Most AEDs Aren't Ready When It Matters
An AED only works if it’s ready. But the parts that make it work have expiration dates that nobody is watching.
- Pads typically expire after 2 years
- Batteries last 2 to 4 years, depending on the model
- The unit itself has a service life of roughly 8 to 10 years
Most businesses buy an AED once, mount it on the wall, and never think about it again — until an inspection, an audit, or an actual emergency. If you don’t know when your pads expire, that’s the problem we solve.

Every major brand, not just one
We’re a direct distributor for one major manufacturer and hold preferred pricing with the others, so we can put you in the right unit rather than the only unit we carry. That buying position means our pricing is competitive with anything you’ll find online — and unlike an online order, you get a local team that installs it, trains your people on it, and keeps it current.
- AED units for offices, job sites, clinics, schools, and public buildings
- Replacement pads and batteries for all major brands
- Wall cabinets, alarmed cases, signage, and mounting
- Ready kits — razors, shears, barrier masks, gloves
- Trade-in credit toward a new unit on select brands
We track your expiration dates so you don’t have to
Every AED we sell can be enrolled in our reminder program. We log your model, serial number, pad expiry, and battery expiry — then we contact you before anything lapses, not after. No spreadsheet, no calendar reminder that gets ignored, no scramble the week of an OSHA walkthrough.
For companies running multiple AEDs across multiple sites, we’ll manage the whole inventory as one program.
Stop leasing your AED
A lot of West Michigan businesses are locked into monthly AED lease-and-inspection contracts with national vendors. Add up what you’re paying over a year and compare it to what the unit costs outright — most people are surprised.
You should own your AED. We’ll sell you one at a fair price, service it when it needs servicing, and keep you compliant without a recurring contract you can’t get out of. Already in a lease? Tell us what you’re paying and we’ll show you the comparison honestly.
Local, and actually local
We’re based in West Michigan and we serve it in person — Grand Rapids, Holland, Zeeland, Grandville, Rockford, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Big Rapids, and the lakeshore. That’s roughly an hour in every direction from Grand Rapids. We travel farther for a modest travel fee, and most companies find that’s still the better deal.
We are not a national call center with a rented address in Grand Rapids. When you call, you get the people who will actually show up.
Trusted by West Michigan organizations
We train, supply, and service AEDs for construction firms, manufacturers, surgery centers, dental and orthodontic practices, law offices, municipalities, fire departments, senior living communities, and schools across the region — including:
- Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan
- Varnum Law
- Ferris State University — College of Pharmacy
- West Michigan Construction Institute
- City of Ionia
- Holland Charter Township
An AED is only half the answer
Owning the device and knowing how to use it are two different things. Most of our AED customers also train their staff with us — CPR, AED, and First Aid, taught on site, scheduled around your shifts, including evenings and weekends. Buying an AED and certifying your team at the same time is simpler, and usually cheaper than doing them separately.
AED Questions, Answered
How often do AED pads and batteries need to be replaced?
AED pads typically expire after about 2 years and batteries last roughly 2 to 4 years depending on the model. The unit itself has a service life of around 8 to 10 years. LifeSaver CPR tracks these dates for you and contacts you before anything lapses.
Do you sell AEDs from every major brand?
Yes. LifeSaver CPR is a direct distributor for one major manufacturer and holds preferred pricing with the others, so we can recommend the right unit for your building, staff and budget rather than the only unit we carry.
Should we buy or lease an AED?
Most West Michigan businesses are better off owning their AED outright. Monthly lease-and-inspection contracts with national vendors often cost more over a year than buying the unit. We will compare your current costs honestly and tell you if leasing genuinely works out better.
Do you service AEDs we did not buy from you?
Yes. We supply replacement pads and batteries for all major brands and can enroll any AED in our expiration reminder program, including units bought elsewhere.
What areas do you serve for AED sales and service?
We serve West Michigan in person, including Grand Rapids, Holland, Zeeland, Grandville, Rockford, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Big Rapids and the lakeshore, roughly an hour in every direction from Grand Rapids. We travel farther for a modest travel fee.

I had a great experience with PALS! The online portion was easy to follow, and the material was well organized and made sense. The in-person portion was stress-free and had a very easy-going environment. The instructor was great—very helpful and did an excellent job explaining different scenarios and making sure everything was easy to understand. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this class!Posted on Google![]()

Brandon’s instruction was practical and thorough. Although I have received CPR training in the past, my experience with LifeSaver made me feel more confident in my ability to step into a stressful situation with practical skills. The hybrid class offering was convenient for my schedule as a busy working professional. I’d recommend LifeSaver CPR to my colleagues. Thanks Brandon!Posted on Google![]()

Brandon did an amazing job with our ACLS class. He made it so easy to understand, giving us little “tricks” and “sayings” to remember what to do in hi intensity situations. I would highly recommend him and his team!Posted on Google![]()

The CPR training is great and it's awesome that their instructors are all in the field working so they can share "real" experience. Highly suggest the program!

Brandon was great - I entered the class feeling anxious and apprehensive about the subject manner, but he teaches in a matter-of-fact way that quells any panic about the prospect of an emergency arising. He made it all feel much simpler than I thought it would be. I also appreciated how he was gracious about the fact that I was 20 minutes late, and caught me up with the rest of the class.Posted on Thumbtack![]()
